JP have recently announced a brand new shape concept that will feature in their 2011 board collection - and we are pleased to say that it will be entering service early so sailors can benefit from the performance it offers throughout the coming summer!

What they have done is bring together a combination of characteristics from their proven Formula, Slalom and Super Sport board ranges and the result is a high performance yet forgiving shape that delivers planing in very light-wind conditions.

This will be really popular with intermediate and experienced sailors alike given the desire we all have to get out as often as possible without having to deal with the technicality of a formula board or the requirement to sail fully charged with huge rigs.

Sure you can't buy wind to provide a regular fix of planing action but the Super Light Wind is a really exciting new range that will at the very least maximise the amount of time you can be out on the water blasting and carving away to your heart's content!
